Anton brings his entrepreneurial spirit, professional athletic background, and years of event expertise to RaceHQ. Besides driving the vision of the company, Anton is intimately involved in product development ensuring RaceHQ stays focused on making a Race Director’s life easier. Prior to launching the company, Anton was Vice President of Operations for Competitor Group, Inc. and the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon series, Muddy Buddy Ride & Run series, and TriRock Triathlon series. He also owned and operated the Denver Marathon (later to become a Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon event) and served as Commissioner of the Pro Cycling Tour.
Besides having a strong event management background, Anton is a 1996 Olympian and former professional cyclist on the U.S. Postal Service team. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder School of Business, and his M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Don is in charge of business development for RaceHQ. Prior to co-founding RaceHQ, he was in charge of Strategic Business Development at Raceit (Event Registration and Data Management) evolving that company from a mid-stage start up to a refined product that was acquired by Competitor Group in 2011. Prior to joining Raceit, Don spent many years at Brightroom Photography where he managed and photographed numerous key events and clients including the New York Road Runners, Richmond Sports Backers, Bolder Boulder, USA Triathlon, and Bike New York. Previously, Don was the Director of Sales for Demosphere which develops league and team management systems and online registration technologies.

As a National caliber swimmer in college, George has always had the discipline to deliver what it takes to win. This commitment and focus has been a driver for George in his career and his competitive pursuits. George has been an integral part of several early stage tech startups bringing the vision of the founders to a functioning reality through his no nonsense practical approach to infrastructure development.
As the CTO, George was one of the first hires at Active.com, delivering the registration platform and infrastructure that built the company and was a large part of their success. Since Active, George has gone on to work with Intuit, Stratagene, Qualcomm, mSnap, chi.mp, SDC Hawaii, Hearts Entertainment, KickApps, Hearst Publishing, Competitor Group and Ironman Wireless.

Dario has been involved in production and behind-the-scenes logistics of multiple sporting events in Colorado and San Diego. He joined the RaceHQ team during the early development phase of the tool and is now the head of Support. Some of his passions include running, soccer, and technology. Dario has a BS in Business Entrepreneurship and Economics and a Masters Degree in Global Management.

Jeff is a passionate, rollup-the- sleeves, analytical software marketer with a record of establishing leadership positions, growing revenues, and creating company value. As a 20+ year CMO, Jeff has started, rebuilt, grown, and lead marketing organizations for B2B technology companies and services firms.
Jeff’s accomplishments include: restarting ServiceSoft, increasing revenues from $4 to $50 million in two years, leading to a $651 million acquisition; tripled revenues and redirected OutStart into a SaaS model, resulting in successful acquisition by Kenexa, an IBM company; and launching market’s first Web app server as a founder and CMO of Bluestone Software, achieving Gartner Magic Quadrant Leadership status; Bluestone ultimately achieved IPO and market valuation of $1.5B.

Deanna is the Director of Member Services responsible for introducing RaceHQ’s game-changing online marketplace to the participatory sports event industry. She manages the entire sales process for RaceHQ to ensure our members have an amazing experience. Deanna is an organizational guru who is extremely passionate about event management. She has a strong operations background working in a variety of corporate jobs. She left the corporate world to combine her passion for fitness and her operations experience to be the General Manager at a fitness studio with several locations. She was instrumental in making sure the members, instructors and team members had the best possible experience at the studio. She was also responsible for working with vendors and growing the business with her community connections and outreach events.
Like many of us who compete in races, Deanna is a fitness addict. She has been a long distance runner and has competed in events for 25 years, including the Boston Marathon three times and several triathlons, just for kicks. Recently Deanna picked up another fitness obsession by joining the bodybuilding subculture of excessive training and eating regimes and has now competed in National Physique Committee Bikini category contests.
